Today, the construction of passive houses, plus-energy buildings, particularly energy self-sufficient efficiency houses and, of course, energy-efficient renovation is understood by this. In the past, buildings have always been erected which offered sufficient protection against the weather. They did not protect or harm the health of the inhabitants, as there was an optimal match of all frequencies.
Among other things, the locally available natural building materials (wood, clay, straw or stones) were used to build the houses. These enabled a closed material cycle at a low level. An equally important point is the social structure and the way of life, as for example on the Greek island of Ikaria, Sardinia (Italy), Okinawa Japan, in the region of Nagorno-Karabakh in the Caucasus where people are getting much older on average than in other places. But the inhabitants of the Hunza valley are getting even older with a life expectancy of 120 to 160 years. [2,3]
Certainly the art of engineering would still be able to do this today. In any case, we have to critically rethink modern architecture, as it does not serve the well-being of the inhabitants.

In many cases, the Members of Parliament are overburdened with technical knowledge and access the drafts of the lobbyists without understanding all the details and the context. Not all meteorologists represent this policy of the green zeitgeist.
It is only a matter of marketing an alleged lack of alternatives as positively as possible. This is of course at the expense of the majority of the population. But unfortunately only a small part of the population understands this.
There have always been warm and cold periods in the history of the earth, long before mankind even existed. Man's influence on the weather is insignificantly small compared to natural factors. If you would like to study this in more detail, you can study the lecture on the physics and mathematics of global climate models by Prof. Dr. Gerlich.
The following example shows the economic nonsense of an incorrect construction. In 2010 this high-rise building with a facade insulation made of polystyrene was almost completed. The fire bolts were almost certainly missing. 9 years later the finished facade insulation was completely removed and replaced by mineral insulation. Why the windows were removed again is not known.
In Germany this technology is even better mastered. The detached house made of wall panels 8 DF (the brick is 11.5 cm thick) with its approximately 10 cm thick polystyrene panels could certainly swim quite well without a foundation plate. Anyway, it is only a few meters away from the river Weiße Elster in Leipzig. There are energy-saving houses, passive houses, plus-energy houses, energy-efficient houses and zero-energy houses, which do without heating heat partially or to a large extent. It will not take long and there will be a lot of negative energy houses. Then the houses will produce heating heat, e.g. solely through the body temperature of the inhabitants.
The energy turnaround is based on the Energy Saving Ordinance EnEV, the Renewable Energies Heat Act EEWärmeG and the Energy Saving Act EnEG. These regulations and laws are intended to reduce CO2 emissions and save the climate. To achieve this, building owners or homeowners are burdened with high additional costs in maintaining the value of their property.
In relation to the worldwide CO2 emissions, the share in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany is 2.4% according to Rolf Schuster's calculation. 97% of CO2 generation is of natural origin. The ambitious goal of the Federal Government is a reduction of 3 %. At a current CO2 concentration of 0.039%, this results in a reduction of CO2 emissions by (0.039% x 2.4%/100 x 3%/100 = ) 0.00002808%. On July 1, 2015, the German government adopted a "climate protection" package to achieve its "savings targets" (a worldwide reduction of the CO2 content in the air by the enormous amount of 0.00002808%) by 2020. Consumers, i.e. you, will be allowed to pay another 10 billion out of their pockets for this programme.
A current example is the diesel driving ban (Frankfurt, Bonn, Cologne, Stuttgart, Berlin and Hamburg Nov. 2018) to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions. To inhale the amount of nitrogen oxide from a cigarette, you would have to stand on a busy road for 48 hours. This is about destroying the world's best technologies in Germany. The green zeitgeist can reduce the emission of pollutants in Germany, which is also true. But the man-made CO2 share is negligible, see article on CO2. At the moment this reduction is being offset by a multiple of other parts of the world. Here in Transcarpathia the saving is easily compensated (see pictures). Of course, in the future it will be possible to transport with these extremely practical horse and cart combinations.
The normal German citizen pays the beneficiaries of the energy turnaround of the wind and solar parks out of his pocket via his electricity bill. Although there is hardly anything that can be changed for the individual in this situation, a few cents can be saved through an electricity provider comparison.
But there are other profiteers as well. These are the insulation industry, heating installers and the (health) disease system, which can sell pills to the sick residents. Due to the compulsion to comply with the legal regulations, the apartments, whether new construction or renovation, are becoming more and more expensive. Inevitably, the rent levels must be adjusted to the running costs. In addition, there are the numerous construction defects in the residential building, which cause additional costs.
The simpler the constructions, the fewer building defects are caused and the lower the ongoing maintenance and repair costs.
The right energy turnaround is, for example, cars without gasoline and batteries, and room energy converters are installed in houses to supply us with electricity and heat. Overland lines will become superfluous. The price will be less than 0.1 Ct./KWh. The mobile phones and laptops will be powered by durable endless batteries and no chargers will be needed. But then many industrial companies will no longer earn money. Therefore, the prosperity of all peoples will remain only a dream and with the current energy policy, humanity is moving towards the abyss of self-compaction.
If residential rents including the rising service charges are a luxury in the conurbations, some of these tenants are already having to move into cheaper, smaller apartments. In recent years, the pollution levels in German homes have increased dramatically, such as mould contamination. On the basis of the DIN standards an economically and building-biologically meaningful building method can be realized only conditionally. The DIN standards are often confused with the rules of architecture. Our old master builders put their knowledge and centuries of experience in the art of building into practice. At that time, nobody could afford investment ruins and the buildings should remain usable for the next generation. Today, on the other hand, buildings are built for very short periods of use, where investments are very difficult to pay off. This is particularly true for the renovation of old buildings, where the majority of the buildings are only visually upgraded. If the current legal requirements for energy saving are fulfilled, then in the majority of cases there is no economic viability. In contrast, functional renovation that preserves the existing building stock is neglected for short-term economic interests.
In the article "Renovation of older buildings" 3 examples are shown of how builders abroad can turn old houses into beautiful homes. One example shows how the historical stock is cleverly combined with modern comfort using wooden beam ceilings and without wall plaster.
Of every euro spent on "renovating the buildings", 54 cents go into the coffers of the state insurance companies or the state via social security contributions and taxes. This has been proven by the Eduard Pestel Institute in Hannover.
The working group "Richtig Bauen" writes We "suspect that the inflation of the legislative and administrative apparatus, which will continue to grow with the amendment, only serves the self-interests of the administration and the beneficiary lobbyists..." [1]
This makes it very clear that, under the pretext of saving the world climate, the seed has its own interests first and foremost in mind.
For this reason, the requirements for "building renovation" are becoming more and more stringent. Anyone who does not plan or build according to these legal regulations makes himself liable to prosecution and comes under liability. In the same way, homeowners are to be forced to renovate their houses with the help of the threat of fines. Bad luck for the homeowner who falls for this and does not know the exceptions. These still apply at the moment when there is no profitability.
If you emigrate to Canada (www.kanadaeinreise.de), you will have to pay a rental fee of 300 CAD or for a luxurious apartment or house, up to 2,000 CAD must be planned. The purchase of your own house is then already reasonable.
